30 Day Returns or Exchange

Customers have up to 30 days after receiving their order to request a return or exchange. After 30 days customers can return or exchange their item for store credit.

 

Return or Exchange Process

To start a return or exchange please, contact our customer service department first at info@thevintageteddy.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange may take longer to process. Customers will receive a prepaid shipping label by email to print and adhere to their return package.

 

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused and without any damage. Customers will receive a refund after we receive and inspect the returned item for damages and determine that the item is refundable.

 

Refunds

Customers will be refunded on their original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection. There are no refunds for delayed delivery due to weather, holiday or other shipping carrier issues that are beyond our control.

 

Exchange Eligibility

Customers will receive an exchange after we receive and inspect the returned item for damages and determine that the item can be exchanged.

 

Exchanges

Customers will receive their item exchange within 5-10 business days after inspection. Exchanges will be sent to the shipping address listed on the original order. If we are out of stock and are unable to exchange the item for another size the customer can choose another style, store credit or refund.
